Carolyn shares in a Tony Honors for Excellence in Theatre for her contributions as a longtime member of the New Victory Theater in Times Square, one of the world’s leading arts education institutions. She has trained educators and inspired students by bringing drama education and creative play to professional development, classrooms, higher education, workshops, and audiences age 3 months (yes, baby drama!) to age 93 (and beyond!) throughout NYC, Long Island, and Boston.

In 2024, Carolyn founded A Little Drama, bringing her expertise to engaging live classes and digital platforms for young learners and the grown-ups who care for them. She is currently developing original video content and programing with writer/director/husband Jim Fagan (www.Jim-Fagan.com) that centers on having fun through arts-based play, scheduled to air 2025.
